This page describes the procedures for installing the printer and setting up the stickers to be printed.

1. Make sure the printer contain power cable, USB cable and thermal label roll is installed.
2. The thermal label roll to be used must be brother model DK-11209 with 62mm x 29mm.
3. Connect the printer to computer using the USB cable.
4. Connect the printer to power and turn it on.
5. Download the windows Driver for the printer from https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadtop.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=lpql1110nwbeus.
6. After download, install it.
7. The printer will be ready for use.

• Login Medial C system by using url https://medalc.unisante.ch/ • Under health facilities search the health facility for which you want to print label • Click show and click Generate stickers. • Within Generate stickers form select the study and write the number of stickers you want to print then click Generate

• The pdf with the stickers will be generated • Do dot print the stickers from the browser, Save the pdf at any location in your computer and open it with Adobe reader or adobe Acrobat • Before print select “Custom Scale” and set to 100%

• Also change the length units to mm and the sticker dimension to 62mm x 29mm then print stickers (see the pictures below) • Make sure stickers are cut at the end (“Cut at end” NOT “Cut every”) • Also print 2 copies
